These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the websites semeialab.com and semeialab.com.br and their subdomains (the "Site"), owned by SEMEIA LAB SERVIÇOS LTDA, enrolled under CNPJ No. 66.940.215/0001-09, headquartered at Rua Visconde de Inhaúma, nº 134, Sala 2001, CEP 20091-901, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Brazil ("Semeia Lab", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Site, you (the user) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose

The Site is informational in nature and is intended to present Semeia Lab, its services, projects, and content, as well as to allow users to contact us through the contact form provided.

2. Conditions of access and use

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Judicial District of the Capital of the State of Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Brazil, is hereby elected as the competent venue, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged, to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to the consumer's home jurisdiction in consumer relations, where applicable.
